Christine joined Sanofi in August 2002 as a HR Business Partner for the Commercial Operations organization. She was promoted several times with increased responsibilities in the Commercial and Support function organizations where she led multiple initiatives around re-organizations and strategic staffing. In 2010, she became the Business HR partner to the Head of Commercial Operations, where she focused on all aspects of building organizational capabilities around leadership development, staffing, talent management, and performance rewards and recognition.
In June 2014, she moved into the role within Sanofi as Head of Talent Management for North America where she led a team focused on talent management, performance management and career development across the North American portfolio of businesses. Christine was also responsible for several talent accelerator programs to develop the next generation of leaders as well as managed the Executive and Internal Coaching programs. In 2016, Christine took on a Global role regarding Talent Management programs where she developed early career to mid-level programs to continue to build the leadership pipeline including the development and global deployment of an early career development center and a high-potential female talent program. In November 2018, Christine was promoted to the Global Head, People Development Learning Institute, where she led the People Development Learning Institute. She was responsible for the design and implementation of learning and development strategy and related solutions for all levels of leadership, management and transversal skills on a worldwide basis for Sanofi.
Most recently in April 2021, she assumed her current role as Global Head, Talent Management where she leads the Talent Management and Early Career strategy and approach for Sanofi. She supports the succession planning efforts to ensure a strong leadership pipeline for today and tomorrow.
Christine holds her Masters degree in Human Resources from University of Scranton. She is a credentialed coach (PCC), Hogan Certified, PROSCI certified for Change Management, Insights Discovery and DISC certified and is a Senior HR credentialed professional (SPHR).
