Channon's extensive professional background spans various roles within the industry and clinical research organizations, including Clinical Research Monitoring, Clinical Operations Management, Global Drug Safety, and Medical Device Sales.
Channon values the freedom and creativity in improving and enhancing collaborative partnerships with internal/external stakeholders and has demonstrated a deep commitment to advocating for underrepresented populations within Infectious Disease, Vaccine, Neuroscience, and Oncology clinical trials.
A change agent, Channon has been active in professional and community-based organizations, such as SLK Health Services Corporation, Healthcare Businesswomen's Association, and serving as a COVID-19 Community Ambassador for the Virginia Department of Health. She has received various awards, including HBA Spark Award and the Honored Volunteer Award, showcasing her exceptional contributions to the industry.
Channon earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Hampton University (Hampton, VA), a Master of Science in Health Administration, and a Master of Science in Health Education - both from Saint Joseph’s University (Philadelphia, PA).
