Stacy Hurt, MHA, MBA, is an award-winning 25 year pharma executive who bridges the industry/consumer gap as a stage IV cancer survivor and 24/7 caregiver to her son with a rare disease. Her unique professional and personal experience position her as an esteemed patient advocate as well as an influential pioneer in Patient Engagement. In Ms Hurt’s role as Patient Advocacy Ambassador at Parexel, the first of its kind, she commands a seat at the table on behalf of patients and caregivers to examine and reduce patient burden thus increasing participation and retention along the clinical trial patient journey. Ms Hurt was named to the 2022 Medika Life Top 50 Influential Voices in Healthcare. She resides in Pittsburgh, PA with her husband and two sons.
