Jeremy has over 15 years of experience in life science research, development, manufacturing, quality, and product launch. Prior to joining Otsuka, he has held data science leadership positions of increasing responsibility at Gilead Sciences and Abbott Labs. Jeremy holds a Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering from Duke University and a PhD in bioengineering from Clemson University.

Ram Yalamanchili is the founder and CEO of Tilda Research, where he is focused on building data and operational infrastructure to better execute clinical trials. Previously, he was a founder and CTO at Lexent Bio, which was acquired by Roche, where his team built novel liquid biopsy technologies to help change the way we manage cancer. Prior to Lexent, he was the CEO/Founder of Push Computing, which pioneered predictive security and container technologies for mobile (acquired by MobileIron). Ram began his career as an engineer at VMware and helped architect ESXi hypervisor, which powers the majority of the private cloud infrastructure today. He studied Electrical Engineering and Management Science at Carnegie Mellon and Stanford universities, respectively.

Karen E. Knudsen, MBA, PhD is the Chief Executive Officer of the Parker Institute for Cancer Immunotherapy (PICI). Her career began with a foundation as a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, where she honed her skills in a hospital setting. Ameya is a biomedical engineer-turned strategist-turned dealmaker-turned innovation executive. In his current role as Sr Director, Non Pharma Solutions at Chiesi Group, a large multinational pharmaceutical company. In this role, he is responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance Chiesi's portfolio with non-pharmacological offerings including digital health solutions to further Chiesi's mission on patient impact- and bring those opportunities to reality via leading collaborations with external partners, via structures ranging from commercialization agreements to equity/LP investments.

Prior to Chiesi, Ameya's career has spanned R&D, strategy and business development at organizations ranging from high growth startups in life sciences to F100 Medtech companies. He holds a PhD in Bioengineering from UC San Diego and a Bachelor's degree in Bioengineering from the University of Pennsylvania.

Kort Schickfus is Senior Vice President and Chief Business Officer for the Research & Development Solutions organization at IQVIA.

In his role, Kort is responsible for global sales, business operations, and pricing for the R&D business. These efforts help biopharmaceutical, medical device and diagnostics customers improve human health through innovation that transforms science and data into actionable medical insights.

With more than 30 years as a biopharmaceutical industry executive, Kort has held several senior roles in sales, operations, account management and consulting. Prior to joining IQVIA, Kort was a partner at Accenture and led all business process outsourcing sales for Life Sciences.

Kort earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Lafayette College and served as a Military Police Officer in the US Army.
