Tiffany Pearce is a graduate of Ferris State University where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration.  She is currently the Director of Clinical Trials at Henry Ford Health where she has spent 26 years directing Phase 1-4 oncology clinical trials. In 2023 she began working in Research Administration  where she has been involved in research growth strategies, creating infrastructure supportive of centralizing clinical trial functions, and implementation of a post award monitoring program.

Diana L. Foster, Ph.D., is the CEO and Chief Diversity Officer at TOTAL Diversity Clinical Trial Management, a full-service organization committed to enhancing diversity and inclusion in clinical trials. With decades of experience, Dr. Foster is a recognized leader in clinical research, particularly in patient enrollment and site engagement strategy. Formerly the Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at SCRS, she pioneered initiatives like the Global Impact Partner Programs. In addition to her role at TOTAL, Dr. Foster serves as the President of the Association of Diversity in Clinical Trials, an industry consortium advancing DEI awareness within Pharma. Dr Andrew Stelzer is a business development expert in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. Most recently, he supported NewCo formation and translational efforts at The Salk Institute for Biological Studies. Prior to Salk, Dr Stelzer developed the partnering strategy for InSphero, a Swiss biotechnology company spun out of ETH Zurich, and co-founded Nymirum, a private venture backed biotechnology company, spun out of the University of Michigan. He holds a Ph.D. in Biophysics and Chemical Biology from the University of Michigan and a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Toledo.

Ruben Rodriguez, PhD is an accomplished pharmaceutical research and development leader who brings a wealth of experience in oncology and cell therapy. Jie Tang is a Principal Scientist at Phosphorex with over 10 years of combined academic and industrial experience in the development of lipid and polymer-based drug delivery systems. Her work has led to more than 40 peer-reviewed publications in top- tier journals and has contributed to three patents in the field.

Prior to joining Phosphorex, Jie managed a variety of projects and led a team at University of Michigan, focusing on the development of sustained and controlled long- acting contraceptives. She earned her B.S. and Ph.D. degrees from West China School of Pharmacy, Sichuan University, and completed her postdoctoral research at University of Michigan.

Hazel Doydum is a visionary leader in digital transformation within the pharmaceutical industry. With extensive and broad experience across Information Technology, Reimbursement, Digital Marketing, Marketing & Sales Operations, Learning & Development, and Clinical Operations, she has consistently driven innovation and process efficiency through automation in each of her roles. Ashley Davidson is the Vice President, Product Lead at Advarra. In this role, Ashley collaborates with current partners and the research community to understand their challenges and translates those challenges into solution-based enhancements to our product offerings. Ashley has over 20 years of expertise in site activation, clinical operations, data management, and clinical strategy. For the last 12 years, Ashley has held a variety of senior positions in life sciences technology organizations, both in Product Strategy and Product Management, where she has led GTM and customer adoption strategies, as well as product development and delivery.

Dr Edel Mullen is the Director of Pivotal Biologics Drug Product Technologies at Amgen, holding a PhD in Biochemistry and an MBA from UMass Amherst, plus a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. With expertise in process development, regulatory affairs, and external manufacturing, she has led numerous projects on process optimization and formulation changes. Dr Mullen is an expert in regulatory affairs for clinical trials and a strategic consultant for approvals.
