Remote Monitoring to Reduce Readmission Risk and Improve the Hospital-to-Home Transition

Bobby Daly, MD, MBA is an Assistant Attending in the thoracic oncology service in the Department of Medicine at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. He was the inaugural health policy fellow for the American Society of Clinical Oncology. His research is in cancer care delivery science, specifically remote symptom monitoring through patient-reported outcomes and biometrics devices. He currently is the clinical leader at MSK for Connected Care a program to provide remote monitoring to patients during high-risk periods in the cancer continuum.
