Racquel Ingram is a seasoned clinical research professional with a strong foundation in biomolecular science and biochemistry. Currently serving as Program Lead at Teckro, Racquel brings over six years of progressive leadership in clinical trial operations, and has directly supported many study teams achieve successful trial outcomes during her five years at Teckro.

Prior to Teckro, Racquel spent three years at the Sarah Cannon Research Institute, where she led the execution of complex early-phase oncology trials. Her responsibilities included patient enrolment, protocol compliance, and serving as the primary liaison between site staff and external study teams. She also held a pivotal role as a Data Coordinator, mastering electronic data capture systems and pioneering digital documentation processes.

Racquel holds a Master of Science in Biomolecular Science from Lipscomb University, where her graduate research focused on aging biomarkers in zebrafish. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Middle Tennessee State University, where she also contributed to undergraduate research in enzymatic purification.

A committed advocate for women in science, Racquel has been a collegiate representative for the Association for Women in Science since 2013.

Charlie specialises in integrating sustainable principles into novel medical device development. He has experience across a broad range of drug delivery device products, combining analytical and mechanical design engineering expertise to optimise devices for high-volume production and regulatory submission. At Cambridge Consultants, Charlie leads the Sustainable Medical Technology capability, providing technical overview to on-going projects and provides thought leadership on sustainable healthcare via conferences and publications.

Dr. Anya Harry currently serves as the Vice President and Chief Medical Officer at West Pharmaceutical Services. With more than 25 years of experience spanning roles as a physician, a drug and device regulator at FDA, and a leader in the pharmaceutical and packaging industry, Dr. Harry spearheads the Applied Research and Clinical Affairs team at West, focusing on innovative solutions for the containment and delivery of injectable medicines.

Before joining West, Dr. Harry was Global Head of Global Demographics and Diversity at GlaxoSmithKline. In this role, she built a comprehensive framework facilitating diverse and clinically relevant representation in clinical trials across the company's portfolio. Her tenure at GSK also saw her excel as a Clinical Development Director within the Respiratory Therapeutic Area, where she managed both early and late phase assets from candidate selection through to approval and successful commercial launch.

Her time at FDA saw her in multiple leadership roles including Respiratory Devices Branch Chief and Acting Clinical Deputy Director at CDRH. Dr. Harry's clinical experience extends to being an Attending Intensivist at Inova Fairfax Hospital's ICU, a Level 1 trauma center in Falls Church, VA.

Dr. Harry earned her M.D. and Ph.D. from the Mount Sinai School of Medicine, completed her Internal Medicine Residency at Yale University. Her specialized training in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine was through a combined fellowship at the National Institutes of Health and the University of Pennsylvania.

Giovanni Frigerio has more than 25 years of experience in the powder engineering process for pharmaceutical industry. It started to work at Jetpharma from 2000 to 2003 as Head of Quality control Laboratory. From 2003 to 2016 was the technical director and Qualified Person at Jetpharma. From 2017 to now is the Chief Scientific Officer at Munit SA, supporting technical and scientific operations for Jetpharma SA in Switzerland and for Microchem Srl in Italy.

Daniel M. Perlman, CEO of TPS, has more than 25 years of leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry, where he has pioneered transformative approaches to clinical trial management. At TPS, he leads the company’s mission to partner with sponsors and sites to improve patient recruitment and trial execution through innovative, site-centric solutions.

Mr. Perlman first introduced the industry’s Functional Service Provider (FSP) model in 1998 while at Kforce, and later launched the Embedded Solutions model in 2009—two innovations that reshaped how sponsors engage with service providers. His contributions to the field earned him the Industry Innovation Award in 2012.

In 1998, he founded ReSearch Pharmaceutical Services (RPS) and served as CEO and Chairman until 2013. Under his leadership, RPS grew to $650 million in revenue with more than 7,000 employees in 70+ countries, ultimately becoming a leading global Contract Research Organization (CRO). RPS went public in 2008, was taken private with Warburg Pincus in 2011, and acquired by KKR in 2013, merging with PRA.

Earlier, Mr. Perlman was Executive Vice President at Kforce, Inc., where revenues grew from $50 million in 1995 to nearly $1 billion in 1998.

Rebecca Ford is VP of Strategic Development at Veranex, a medical device end to end design and development consultancy. With 15+ years of experience in product development and program management, she can take a high-level view of a project and manage the detailed components from a technical and holistic view to support multidisciplinary teams on a path to success. Her ultimate ambition is to provide the best solutions to patients and medical professionals to maintain a constant improvement in healthcare.  Rebecca has led cross-functional medical device development teams from concept through release across medical device and pharmaceutical industries.

Rebecca received her BS in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Texas in Austin and immediately entered into development of medical devices. She started her career as a design engineer working for SpineSmith in Austin, TX designing spine implants and instrumentation for intervertebral body replacements. After that she worked for Smith and Nephew in their advanced wound care division, leading the technical team to the launch of Smith and Nephews first connected wound care device amongst development of other wound care drug delivery devices working both for Smith and Nephew in US and UK.

Katz co-founded H1 in 2017 after previously launching ResearchConnection to help connect students with research opportunities, which grew to over 40 universities and was acquired by the Jefferson Accelerator Fund, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, and the Ewing Kauffman Foundation.

Sebastien leads both the strategy and operations functions at Triomics. He focuses on identifying and validating strategic use cases for their OncoLLM powered cancer data platform across the provider, payor, and life science value chains and bridging the gap between AI, product, and Triomics' key strategic collaborators to safely implement and deploy these solutions at scale. Previously, Sebastien was a chief of staff, strategist, and leading venture investor focused on advancements in digital health and health technology.

Ms. Ohrt provides oversight and management of clinical operations including all research projects within the CTS. Tracy works closely with the life science customers supporting study feasibility and site identification and acts as a liaison with the site staff from the healthcare organizations and vendors. She partners with the clinical data and analytics team and clinical data managers on acquisition of feasibility results, precision patient finding lists, and clinical study database development. She leads, directs, and ensures execution of research projects in accordance with approved clinical strategy, project plans, budget, and resources in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and standard operating procedures. Tracy works proactively to identify, assess, and manage clinical study risks within and across projects. Prior to joining the CTS in 2019, Tracy was involved in both the conduct and oversight of clinical trials at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, spanning a wide array of therapeutic areas.
