He joined Corbion Biomaterials in 2023, where he is responsible for building partnerships to develop the next generation of drug delivery technologies. Corbion specializes in GMP resorbable polymers, with its versatile PURASORB® portfolio based on the proven building blocks of lactide, glycolide, caprolactone, and PEG. Morgan began his career as a biomedical engineer after earning an MSE from the University of Pennsylvania and BSE from Duke University

Erin Reynolds is an Associate Director on the Data Science and Analytics team at AbbVie. Throughout her 10 years at AbbVie, Erin has been working with study teams and functional area leaders to find ways to use clinical, operational, and real-world data to transform drug development while improving clinical trial operations and access for both patients and sites. Her recent work has focused primarily on AbbVie’s diversity and patient inclusion efforts to ensure that AbbVie’s strategy has the data and insights needed to inform decisions. Erin earned her Bachelor’s in Biology from Loyola University Chicago and her Master's in Applied Probability & Statistics from Northern Illinois University.

Rob Schulz has over 18 years of multifunctional FDA regulatory experience with 16 years of Management experience and 12 years of Global Quality and Regulatory Affairs experience. Mr Schulz, has hands on experience in Quality and Regulatory compliance for Class I, II, and III, devices including combination, IVD/companion Diagnostics, sterile, software, and implantable products for both design and manufacturing. As a thought leader, Mr Schulz, has leveraged his vast project management, leadership and combination product experience to build effective teams, drive and deliver projects on time and troubleshoot challenges to execute projects.

Jennifer Hillner, Vice President of Strategic Accounts at OneStudyTeam, leads a seasoned sales team and is responsible for the success of the StudyTeam platform across top sponsor partners. Jenn collaborates with all OneStudyTeam departments including product, marketing and customer success to help create the best solution possible to help accelerate clinical research. Rakhshita Dhar is Senior Director of Venture Investments at Leaps by Bayer, where she is responsible for investing and managing portfolio companies. She currently serves on the boards of Deka Biosciences, NextPoint Therapeutics, Gro Bioscienes, ReCode Therapeutics, Vesigen Therapeutics, AffiniT Therapeutics, Bloom Biosciences and Sudo Therapeutics. Prior to Leaps, Ms Dhar was Director of Business Development at Roche Pharmaceuticals where she led multiple transactions. Previously, she served in Innovation Sciences at MassBio developing an accelerator program for life science startups.

Ms Dhar received her MS in molecular biology from Georgetown University, and holds a BS in biochemistry from Mumbai University. 

Sandeep Bhat is a Senior Leader, Digital Health Partnerships and Digital Engagement, Global Clinical Operations for GSK. Mr Bhat champions transformation in global clinical research through initiatives in innovation, information exploitation (Data Science, AI/ML), emerging technology, and paradigm shifts (Decentralized Clinical Trials / DCT). As a scientist, consultant, ops professional, and technologist, he has seen industry advancement and provided advisory and mentorship in Life Sciences for 27 years. His undergraduate and graduate degrees are from the University of Pennsylvania, both in Bioengineering.

In her current role as Senior Manager of Patient Centricity, she leads the delivery of innovative clinical trial solutions, focusing on enhancing the participant and site experience. Her expertise spans various areas, including Mobile Health, eConsent, eCOA, and Innovative Care Options.

Aaron Mackey is the Senior Vice President of AI and Data Science at Lokavant. At Lokavant, he leads innovative data-driven initiatives to enhance Clinical Trial AI-solutions. With a distinguished career spanning academia and industry, Mackey has held tenure-track faculty research positions at the University of Virginia’s Center for Public Health Genomics and the University of Pennsylvania Genomics Institute. His industry experience includes key scientific and leadership roles at GlaxoSmithKline, Hemoshear Therapeutics, Covance/LabCorp, Valo Health, and Roivant Sciences. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Data & AI/ML at Sonata Therapeutics. Aaron Mackey brings a wealth of expertise in genomics, data science, and AI to his role at Lokavant, driving advancements in the application of AI to improve trial outcomes.

Matt Jones brings a unique blend of battlefield experience and technical expertise to his role as Director of Product Management at Spencer Health Solutions. Having transitioned from piloting helicopters to leading product development, his focus remains on precision and mission success – in this case, ensuring patients have the tools they need to effectively manage medications at home.

Mr Jones understands the real-world challenges of medication adherence. By prioritizing the patient experience throughout the design process, he fosters a user-centric approach at Spencer Health Solutions. This has resulted in the creation of the world's most effective smart medication dispenser.

Lauren Briggs is Senior Vice President of Customer Success at ProofPilot. She boasts a robust background in customer success across large and small biopharma and a keen focus on site experience and patient retention strategies. Lauren's background includes nearly 15 years in Customer Success & Operations in clinical trial technology, underscoring her expertise in her role at ProofPilot to engage site staff and patients for sponsors' clinical trials.

Adam Kinsey currently serves as Associate Vice President (AVP) and Regional Head of Latin America for Global Clinical Trial Operations (GCTO) at Merck Research Laboratories, a division of Merck & Co., Inc. based in Rahway, NJ. With twenty-eight years of clinical research experience, including the last 10.5 years at Merck, Adam has been a significant leader within GCTO, most recently holding the position of AVP and Regional Head for North America. His previous roles include Executive Director of Clinical Sciences & Study Management and Therapeutic Area Section Head for Melanoma, Hepatobiliary Cancers, and Innovative Strategies. Prior to that, he served as Clinical Research Director in Oncology, overseeing country operations activities in the United States for Merck’s oncology pipeline.

Adam began his career as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) and has progressed through numerous roles in clinical operations, each with increasing responsibility and scope. His experience spans a wide range of therapeutic areas and includes work with companies of varying sizes and operational models. He holds a bachelor’s degree in biology from Rice University in Houston, TX, and is an Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP) Certified Professional.
