Xoli Belgrave

Xoli currently works as Executive Director, Drug Development Services at Parexel. She has over 25 years in global clinical research experience in a range of roles including patient engagement, clinical operations, project leadership, learning and organizational development, change management, and corporate strategy. Xoli established a multidisciplinary Patient Inclusion Working Group at Parexel in 2022. This group continues to ensure we work in ways that provide access for ALL patients.
Before joining Parexel, Xoli worked in areas including CNS, oncology, and cardiology in pharmaceutical companies. She worked as a family support worker at HIV charities in London in the late 90s and also has experience as a healthcare assistant in hospital and care homes.
Xoli holds an MSc in Neuroscience from Institute of Psychiatry, London and a BSc (Hon.) in Medical Biochemistry from Brunel University, London. She is a Doctoral Candidate in Organizational Change at Ashridge Executive Education (part of Hult) where she uses action research methodology to co-create change with others rather than for or to them.
Outside of work, Xoli enjoys cooking, hiking, a range of music and quality time with friends and family. She also enjoys Nigerian movies, Avengers, and old musicals. She cannot be trusted with pets or plants.
