Standard Industry Fee
This fee is for industry, including Pharma and Biotech companies.
$1,495 or ~ £1141 until November 24
$1,595 or ~ £1218 after November 24
$1,695 or ~ £1294 after December 15
$1,795 or ~ £1370 after January 5
Standard Industry Fee Includes:
- Attendance to all sessions
- Patients as Partners Europe guide and program materials
- Access to exhibits and exhibit hall functions
- Access to one-on-one meeting space
- Access to reception
- Morning beverages (coffee, tea), and lunches
- Access to post conference slides that are made available
Academia, Non-Profit & Government Fee
This fee includes all the same benefits as Standard Industry and is 50% of the Standard fee to support for full-time employees of non-profits, government entities and academia.

Patients in Clinical Trials

Receive a 10% discount off each registration when three or more colleagues from the same company or organization register at the same time online. Group rate does not apply to the academia, non-profit or government ticket. Please email us at email@example.com for assistance with a group package to bring your team.
The mission behind the scholarship program is to assist qualified start-ups and small biotech and pharma companies that can benefit from the information, but cannot afford the registration fee. Partial and full scholarships are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. For information on how to apply, email Customer Service.
Patient Empowerment Program
Can’t attend, but interested in being part of the Patients as Partners conference? We’re offering a program to help support patients to attend the Patients as Partners event and to allow them to share their feedback on clinical research to the industry through our “Patient Empowerment Program”. If your company would be interested in supporting this initiative, there is a fee of £500 and you receive the following:
- Recognition as a “Patient Empowerment Supporter”
- Listing in the official program materials with your company’s logo and description.
- Listing on the website with your your company’s logo and description.

Cancellation & Payment Policies
Payment must be received in full by the event date. All discounts will be applied to the Conference Only fee (excluding add-ons)‚ cannot be combined with any other offer‚ and must be paid in full at the time of order.
If you are unable to attend and would like to register a substitute, please email Customer Service. Your substitute must provide identification on-site.
If you need to cancel your registration, please note the following policies based on the start date of the event:
Ten or more business days prior: A full refund less the administration fee of $295, or a pass to another event valid for two years from the date of issue.
Less than ten business days prior: A pass to a future event for either yourself or a colleague from the same company valid for two years from the date of issue.
