Standard Industry Virtual Fee

This fee is for industry, including Pharma and Biotech companies.

Launch Rate: $500 from October 5, 2020 until February 5, 2021
Early Bird I: $550 from February 6, 2021 until April 16, 2021
Standard: $600 after April 16, 2021

Two for One Rate

Attendees from pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies actively scouting and licensing drug delivery technologies are eligible to bring 1 colleague from their company if registered before May 7th 2021. Academia, Non-Profit & Government Fee

This fee is a flat rate of $295.00 to support full-time employees of non-profits, government entities and academia.

Scholarships

The mission behind the scholarship program is to assist qualified start-ups and small biotech and pharma companies that can benefit from the information, but cannot afford the registration fee. Partial and full scholarships are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. For information on how to apply, please email us at  Customer Service.

Group Registration

Receive a 10% discount off each registration when three or more colleagues from the same company or organization register together online. Group rate does not apply to academia, non-profit or government ticket. Please email us at  Customer Service for assistance with a group package to bring your team.

Cancellation & Payment Policies

Payment must be received in full by the event date. All discounts will be applied to the Conference Only fee‚ cannot be combined with any other offer‚ and must be paid in full at the time of order.

If you are unable to attend and would like to register a substitute, please email Customer Service. If you need to cancel your registration, please note the following policies based on the start date of the event:

Virtual Attendance Cancellation Policy

The benefit of registering for a virtual meeting is that if you can’t join the program live, you can see it on-demand and choose which ever sessions you wish to watch as many times as you choose for over a three month period. However, if for some reason this is not possible:

Ten or more business days prior: A full refund less the administration fee of $95, or fee can be applied towards the fee off a future event valid for two years from the date of issue.
Less than ten business days prior: A credit towards the fee for a future event for either yourself or a colleague from the same company valid for two years from the date of issue.
