Clinical Research as a Care Option 2020 Registration Fees

Virtual registration includes:

  • Virtual attendance to keynotes, plenary and track sessions
  • Digital version of the official CRAACO guide
  • Subscription to CRAACO quarterly newsletter for one year
  • Access to virtual exhibit information
  • Access to one-on-one meeting space and partnering tool before, during, and after the conference
  • A choice of moderated smaller group zoom meetings organized for interactive discussions on key topics
  • Access to post-conference slides that are made available
  • Access to recorded conference sessions after the event, on-demand for 2 months

The first 75 attendees to register by August 31st receive all of the above plus:

  • A package mailed to you prior to the event with the printed brochure, the official conference bag with CRAACO conference gifts
  • Access to post-conference bonus sessions


Standard Industry Rates

Early Bird I: $495 – until 8/7/2020

Final Early Bird: $550 – 8/8 – 9/18/2020

Standard Rate: $595 – after 9/18/2020

Non-Profit Rates

This fee is a reduced fee to support full-time employees of non-profits, government entities and academia.

Virtual: Flat fee $350

The mission behind the Scholarship program is to assist qualified start-ups and small biotech and pharma companies, as well as individual patients in clinical research that can benefit from the information, but cannot afford the registration fee. Partial and full scholarships are offered on a first come, first served basis. For information on how to apply, email

Cancellation & Payment Policies
Payment must be received in full by the event date. All discounts will be applied to the Conference Only fee (excluding add-ons)‚ cannot be combined with any other offer‚ and must be paid in full at the time of order.

If you are unable to attend and would like to register a substitute, please email Customer Service. Your substitute must provide identification on-site.

If you need to cancel your registration, please note the following policies based on the start date of the event:

Ten or more business days prior: A full refund less the administration fee of $95 or a pass to another event valid for two years from the date of issue.

Less than ten business days prior: A pass to a future event for either yourself or a colleague from the same company valid for two years from the date of issue.
