Summer Outing in Coney Island Brooklyn

  • July 9, 2014

  • On Tuesday, July 8th, we closed our doors and traveled to Brooklyn and spent a summer company outing in Coney Island. Coney Island has been attracting visitors to its beach and amusement parks since the 1830s where people would travel by carriage roads and stream ships. It is the home of Nathan’s Famous hot dogs which opened in 1916. Coney Island is probably most famous for the NYC historic wooden roller coaster, the Cyclone which opened in 1927.

After World World II, Coney Island fell into some disarray, but became popular again in the 1970s.  Hurricane Sandy did much damage so we were thrilled to find out that Coney Island re-opened and we were only too happy to help support the local community with our business.

It was a great day and we all had tons of fun. See below for pictures! We hope you are all having a lovely summer and thanks for visiting our blog,

    Warmest regards,
