IO360° 2018 Registration Fees

Pharma and Biotech Company Registration Fee
The 2018 fee is offering a special rate to help support immuno-oncology teams in pharma and biotech drug development. Through November 3, 2017, pharma and biotech companies are offered a full guest pass for a colleague from within the company who has not yet attended IO360°.

Pharma and Biotech Registration Fee Includes:

  • Full guest pass for a colleague from within your company to attend IO360° (through November 3, 2017)*
  • Attendance to all sessions including master class and keynotes
  • IO360º guide and program materials
  • Access to exhibits and exhibit hall functions
  • Access to one-on-one meeting space
  • Access to reception
  • Morning beverages (coffee, tea), and lunches
  • Access to post conference slides that are made available

* You may register your colleague guest until November 3, 2017. Your guest must come from within your pharma/biotech company and must not have attended IO360° in the past. After completing registration for yourself, please email us at service@tcfllc.org and send the name of your guest, their title and department. We will respond by sending you a one-time-use passcode, which will allow you to register your team member as a guest. If your guest cancels, you can substitute with another member of your company. Please note that there are no refunds or discounts on the fee for guest cancellations.

Standard Industry Fee
This fee is for industry other than Pharma and Biotech companies.

Group Registration
Receive a 10% discount off each registration when three or more colleagues from the same company or organization register online. Group rate does not apply to the academia, non-profit or government ticket. Please email us at service@tcfllc.org to register online.

Scholarships
The mission behind the Scholarship program is to assist qualified start-ups and small biotech and pharma companies, as well as individual patients and patient advocates, that can benefit from the information, but cannot afford the registration fee. Partial and full scholarships are offered on a first come, first served basis. For information on how to apply, email service@tcfllc.org.

Cancellation & Payment Policies
Payment must be received in full by the event date. All discounts will be applied to the Conference Only fee (excluding add-ons)‚ cannot be combined with any other offer‚ and must be paid in full at the time of order.

If you are unable to attend and would like to register a substitute, please email Customer Service. Your substitute must provide identification on-site.

If you need to cancel your registration, please note the following policies based on the start date of the event:
Ten or more business days prior: A full refund less the administration fee of $295, or a pass to another event valid for two years from the date of issue.
Less than ten business days prior: A pass to a future event for either yourself or a colleague from the same company valid for two years from the date of issue.
