Partnering Meeting Information & Instructions

Meeting Mojo helps connect you with Industry Professionals!

We are excited to introduce Meeting Mojo as the official networking platform for Clinical Trial Collaborations (CTC). Meeting Mojo is a partnering meeting scheduler and we encourage you to use all of the tools available to maximize your networking.

  • Create and manage a customized, personal agenda
  • Upload photos and documents

This experience can be done via your desktop or mobile device, making it easy to continue to interact in real-time as you stay on top of your meeting requests.

Logging into Meeting Mojo

As a registered attendee, you automatically become a part of the Meeting Mojo CTC Community. However, we need you to take a few more steps.


Log into your profile at with your email address as your username.


When you registered for the CTC event, Meeting Mojo automatically generated a password for you to access your account. This password was emailed to you.

If you do not have your password, you can request a new one via the password reset link on the Meeting Mojo website:

Please check your SPAM folder as it may have landed there.

Scheduling Meetings

Once you are logged in, click ‘Search’ to browse company and delegate listings. Click ‘Book Meeting’ and select a mutually available meeting time. A message will be sent to your meeting target, asking them to respond to your request. All meetings are automatically added to your schedule, which you can access online at any time via computer or mobile, or print direct from the website.

You can also set your availability for meetings: click ‘Schedule’ at the top of the page, then click the toggle icon on any available meeting time for which you do not wish to accept meeting requests.

If you have pending meeting requests, these will be listed at the left of the page when you login: click ‘More‘ to view the senders. To respond, click ‘Respond’ in the yellow meeting advisory bar below each sender’s profile. Any messages sent to you in connection with a meeting are listed in the response pane. Click ‘Confirm’ or ‘Decline’ to respond, and you can also include a short message with your response if you wish.



If you do not want to participate in a 1:1 meeting at a particular time, click the toggle icons on your Schedule page to make yourself unavailable for the desired meeting time-slot.
